sections.
All six foot tall residential fences need to be four rail, which means that
there will be two rails on the bottom as well.

Using as a Pool Fence...
)
The UAF-200 style, like any of the UAF (F is for Flat top)
styles is pool code compliant at 54" with the bottom rail flush with the
bottom of the pickets.
For a three rail Flat Top pool fence at 54" or taller, this style is the alternative to the standard Pool Fence - the UAB-200. The only difference between the two is that the top rails on the UAF-200 are 6" apart instead of 2" as on the UAB-200. At 54" or taller, this makes this fence panel stronger while meeting pool codes.
The UAF-201, with its additional pickets, is not only excellent residential fencing for containing small pets,
but it will typically meet pool code requirements at a 48" height as well.
Because the spacing between pickets is only 1 5/8', a child cannot stand on the bottom rail. So, most local pool codes will permit this fence to be
used, but you'll need to check with your local code enforcement
