To be used as swimming pool fence, this style needs to
be 60" or taller. We recommend that, if used for a swimming pool, you
order it "flush bottom". This means that the bottom rail is even with
the bottom of the pickets so that no pickets show below the bottom rail.

The UAS-101 style may also be a good choice for swimming pools.
Since the spacing between pickets is only 1 5/8", the 48" height may meet
your local pool codes.
