Like the UAS-300 and the UAS-350 fences, this decorative style adds an interesting twist on the standard spear top aluminum fence (UAS-100). The spear top pickets alternate in height across the panel. Click either image for an enlarged view to see this more clearly.

Puppy Pickets...
)
Shown here are the optional short pickets (also called puppy pickets or puppy
panels).
These not only dress up this and other styles, but they are an effective
way to keep small dogs in (or out)! Please note that "puppy pickets" typically
cannot be used on pool fences.
Rail Ends...
Also, illustrated by the above photo, is the optional ability to use Rail Ends to attach any fence style to existing columns or walls. In this case, there are two connection points, one on each side of the column, that require four Rail Ends each.

As a Swimming Pool Fence...
To be used for swimming pool fencing, this style (or any UAS - S for Spear Top - style) needs to be 60" or taller. If used for a swimming pool, you may order it "flush bottom". This means that the bottom rail is even with the bottom of the pickets so that no pickets show below the bottom rail.
If you want to use this fence for a swimming pool, but only want a 48" tall fence, consider the UAS-151. The smaller spacing between pickets will often qualify this style to be used for pools.
