Like the UAS-150 and the UAS-350 residential fences, this style is an interesting variation on the standard spear top fence (UAS-100). The spear top pickets are taller at the ends of the panels than they are in the middle.
This creates the "scalloped" look of a traditional wooden picket fence without
any of the maintenance problems!

Using as a Pool Fence...
This residential style can also be used for swimming pool fencing, but needs to be 60" or taller to meet normal B.O.C.A. pool code. Unlike other styles, this fence cannot be done "flush" bottom, so it is "modified" which means the bottom rail is moved down to meet swimming pool code, but about one inch of picket still extends below the bottom rail. There is no additional charge for a "modified" fence. The Pool Fences page provides further information.
Also, if you like this style, but only want a 48" tall pool fence, the UAS-301 may meet your needs. Check with your local officials to see if the smaller picket spacing (1 5/8") qualifies to meet your local pool codes.
