Ultra Pickets for the ultimate in aluminum fence style...
Our square aluminum fence pickets come in three different sizes 5/8"
(Residential), 3/4" (Commercial) and a full 1" (Industrial). Plus, we offer the
exclusive, Ultra Picket. This photo shows the relative sizes of
these pickets. Notice, that in addition to the size, the thickness of the
"walls" of each picket differs.
They range from from .050 for Residential
to .062" for Industrial.
In a UAF style fence (F means Flat Top), the pickets do not extend above the top rail (horizontal bar) of the fence.
On UAS (S for spear top) fence styles, the pickets
extend above the top rail and are pressed into a spear shape.
However, not all pressed spears are created the same!
This photo, in which the pickets are shown at the same size, illustrates the
difference in the shape and proportions of the spears used on Ultra fences
versus those typical of other brands.
Spear top styles can be further "dressed up" with factory installed finials as
shown here.
The leftmost picket shows the "Quad" final and the white picket is topped with a
"Tri" finial. The two pickets on the right show the standard press spears
for comparison.

At 1" x 5/8", the Ultra Picket adds not just beauty, but also a strength and rigidity not found anywhere else. In addition, the Ultra Picket, in 48" height, is specifically designed to meet B.O.C.A. code for pool enclosures.
The Ultra Picket is available only in Residential grade fences and requires the use of finials for a all spear top styles.
Ultra Pickets are an upgrade available at about a 20% - 25% premium over the standard square picket.
